Chris is routinely finding ways to keep his rambunctious daughter occupied, by riding their bikes, walking their dog, going to the parks, or teaching her and her friends surfing at El Porto in Manhattan Beach.

The founder of Palzis Properties, Christopher Palzis, is originally from Hawaii and has lived by the beach his entire life.

He brings over twenty five years of experience as a developer buying, refurbishing and flipping properties. Chris applies the Aloha Spirit which is respect, honesty, integrity and passion as a Realtor in helping you find your dream home or investment properties.

Chris lives in the heart of Silicon Beach with his wife Marian, daugther Isla & puppy Coconut.
